San Mateo County Immigrant Relief Fund

Immigrants are working on the front lines of the COVID-19 crisis, risking their health and well-being every day to keep our society going. And yet, many immigrants were excluded from federal stimulus aid. The San Mateo County Immigrant Relief Fund – initially funded by a generous contribution from John A. and Susan Sobrato – is providing financial support to immigrant families left out of the federal government’s relief efforts. Immigrant families may be eligible to receive a $1,000 grant to help in this time of crisis.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to limited funding and the high level of need, MAF can only provide one grant per individual (two grants per household). If you have received a MAF grant during the pandemic, please do not submit another application as we are unable to offer additional assistance at this time. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check out MAF’s COVID-19 Resources Finder.
