How immigrant communities navigate digital financial services today

Digital financial tools alone don’t drive financial inclusion. Trust does. Through conversations with immigrant families across San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago, MAF explored how people navigate financial challenges, adopt new technologies, and decide who and what to trust. Conducted in partnership with Remitly Foundation, this research reveals what it takes for financial tools to truly work for the communities they aim to serve.
